Dr. Krystal Lassiter is an author, master teacher, expert facilitator, and influence on change. She champions as a purpose-pusher commissioned to impact the family and education by manufacturing decisive language, activating hidden treasures, and empowering imaginative possibilities.

She is a dynamic force in the world of personal transformation. Operating as a "crane," she gently lifts individuals out of the heavy, stuck places in their lives. With her unique ability to "ignite," Krystal sparks the inner light and potential within her clients, helping them rediscover their strength and purpose.

As a Rapid Transformational Coach, Krystal guides people through their most challenging traumas, teaching them how to catapult beyond adversity with resilience and clarity. Her approach combines empathy, actionable tools, and profound insight, empowering clients to move from survival to thriving with newfound confidence and direction.

Professionally as a master teacher, and former Director and Founder of Future Scholars Learning Center in Paterson, New Jersey, her mission is always to model, “the sky is NOT the limit.” Her floor continues to be the ceiling for her children, students, and community as she leads by example graduating from Seton Hall, South Orange, NJ, Ed.D., but most of all to fulfill the will of God taking nothing to the grave.
